Ingredients

  • 1 (2 lb.) bag thawed hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. shredded cheese
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Instructions

  1. Mix together and put in 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
  2. Top with 1 teaspoon oleo and 2 cups crushed cornflakes or potato chips.
  3. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered.
