Ingredients

  • 1/8 c. canola or olive oil
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • pinch of thyme, rosemary, parsley, sage and basil
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix liquid ingredients, then add salt and pepper to taste. Add in sugar and stir.
  2. Add in herbs and mix.
  3. Make any adjustments according to taste.
