Instructions
- Lay chops in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and 1 cup onion.
- Spread rice over chops.
- Cover with tomatoes, remaining onion, sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
- Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
- Makes 6 servings.
