Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 4 tsp. parsley flakes
  • garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 c. herb stuffing mix

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle breasts with parsley and garlic salt.
  2. Roll up; secure with a toothpick.
  3. Roll in butter, then dressing mix. Place in heavily greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over chicken; moisten lightly with water.
  5. Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes.
