Ingredients

  • 1 kg of check peas
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tahini
  • 1 lemon juice

Instructions

  1. crush the chech peas
  2. crush the garlic
  3. mix the check peas puree with the garlic
  4. add to the mix the tahini, the olive oil and the lemon juice. mix well and serve
