Ingredients

  • 4 Granny Smith apples
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar

Instructions

  1. Peel, core and slice apples.
  2. Combine honey, salt, cinnamon and vinegar; bring to a boil.
  3. Add apples.
  4. Decrease heat and simmer until tender.
