  • 1 cup fat free milk, heated
  • 1 chai tea bag

Instructions

  1. PLACE CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS(R) Drink in large mug; stir in milk. Add tea bag; let sit for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove tea bag.
