Instructions
- Pour milk into saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Beat eggs slightly and add gradually to milk.
- Cook over low heat about 8 minutes.
- Stir constantly.
- Add vanilla.
- Pour mixture into cheesecloth and tie tightly, forming a ball.
- Hang and let drain into pan for 2 to 4 hours.
- Remove from cheesecloth; cover with dampened cloth and refrigerate.
