Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 3 lemons
  • 1 can Eagle brand milk
  • 1/4 c. sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix egg yolk, beaten, milk and lemon juice. Beat well and pour in pie shell.
  2. Then beat egg whites with about 1/4 c. sugar.
