Instructions
- Mix together hot water, sweetener and lemon juice.
- Heat. Dissolve gelatin in hot water mixture.
- Chill until set.
- Beat egg white until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in whipped gelatin mixture. Serve in 4 sherbet glasses.
- Yield:
- 2 servings.
- Carbohydrate 1.3 g, protein .4 g, fat 0 g, calories 20.
