Ingredients

  • Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • any kind of bun (day old)

Instructions

  1. Butter the buns open face.
  2. Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top of the buttered buns.
  3. Bake in a 350°F (175°C) oven until the cheese is slightly brown and bubbly.
  4. Serve with tomato soup for dipping.
