Italian Flat Bread(Focaccia)

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. dry yeast
  • 1 c. warm water
  • 3 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Add flour.
  4. Work dough until it does not stick when poked with finger.
  5. Place dough in an oiled bowl, turn to coat and cover with a towel.
  6. Let rise for 4 hours or refrigerate overnight.
  7. Punch down and let rise for 10 minutes before rolling.
