Jalapeno Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) jar jalapenos, drained
  • 2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 lb. Swiss cheese, grated
  • 3 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°.
  2. Grease bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
  3. Place sliced jalapenos on bottom of the pan.
  4. Layer the Cheddar and Swiss cheeses.
  5. Beat the eggs and pour over the cheese layers.
  6. Top with sliced Muenster cheese.
  7. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.
  8. Let cool, then cut into squares.
  9. Blot up oil with paper towel before serving.
