Jalapeno Bars
Ingredients
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°.
- Grease bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
- Place sliced jalapenos on bottom of the pan.
- Layer the Cheddar and Swiss cheeses.
- Beat the eggs and pour over the cheese layers.
- Top with sliced Muenster cheese.
- Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.
- Let cool, then cut into squares.
- Blot up oil with paper towel before serving.
