Ingredients

  • 8 medium new potatoes, halved
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Place potatoes on a baking sheet. Drizzle with butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  2. Bake potatoes at 350° for 1 hour, turning every 20 minutes.
