Ingredients

  • 1 (20 oz.) can sliced pineapple
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O lime gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water

Instructions

  1. Drain syrup from pineapple; leave slices in can.
  2. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  3. Pour into can.
  4. Chill at least 3 hours. To unmold, dip can in hot water and cut out bottom, placing a saucer or your hand under the open end of can while removing other end.
  5. Push mold out.
  6. Cut between pineapple slices.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
