Instructions
- Drain syrup from pineapple; leave slices in can.
- Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Pour into can.
- Chill at least 3 hours. To unmold, dip can in hot water and cut out bottom, placing a saucer or your hand under the open end of can while removing other end.
- Push mold out.
- Cut between pineapple slices.
- Makes 4 servings.
