Ingredients

  • 1 small package sugar-free Jell-O (any flavor)
  • 1/2 cup powdered milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare the flavored sugar-free Jell-O according to package instructions and refrigerate for about 1 hour until partially set.
  2. Before it fully sets, stir in 1/2 cup powdered milk into the partially set Jell-O.
  3. Whip the mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  4. Pour the whipped Jell-O into a serving bowl and let it set completely in the refrigerator.
  5. Once set, spread 8 ounces of Cool Whip over the top of the Jell-O.
  6. Garnish with fresh fruit such as strawberries or mandarin oranges, matching the flavor of the Jell-O.
