Ingredients

  • 1 can condensed tomato soup (1 1/4 cups)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded sharp American cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 4 cups cooked macaroni
  • 2 tablespoons buttered bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Heat the condensed tomato soup, milk, and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese over low heat.
  2. When the cheese melts, add the chopped parsley.
  3. Mix with the cooked macaroni until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
  5. Top with the remaining shredded cheese and buttered bread crumbs if desired.
