Ingredients

  • 2 large bluefish fillets
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Line rectangular Pyrex dish with aluminum foil.
  2. Place bluefish fillets in it.
  3. Combine mayonnaise, buttermilk and lemon juice.
  4. Pour over fish.
  5. Bake at 350° until fish flakes (approximately 1/2 hour).
  6. Put under broiler for a few minutes.
