Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/3 c. teriyaki sauce
  • garlic powder
  • parsley flakes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. Place chicken in shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with teriyaki sauce and rub into chicken.
  3. Season with garlic powder, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
  4. Cover with foil; bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes before serving.
  5. Brush butter onto chicken and bake, uncovered, for remaining 20 minutes.
