Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 to 1 c. cooked ham
  • 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 to 1 c. chicken
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese

Instructions

  1. Bake potatoes until done.
  2. Slice potatoes in half and place in an 8 1/2 x 11-inch baking pan with skin side down.
  3. Break up top of potatoes with a fork.
  4. Top potatoes with butter or margarine, sour cream, ham, bacon and chicken.
  5. Other ingredients can be substituted or deleted as desired.
  6. Top with cheese.
  7. Bake at 425° until all ingredients are hot.
