Instructions
- Combine first 2 ingredients and press in 9-inch spring-form pan; freeze.
- Beat cream cheese until soft.
- Beat in yolks, one at at time.
- Add sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, lemon peel and cinnamon and blend until smooth.
- Whip 4 egg whites until stiff peaks form, stir in one large spoonful to cream cheese mix; fold in remaining. Pour in crust.
- Bake for 50 minutes.
- Mix topping.
- Bake for 15 minutes more.
- Chill.
