Ingredients

  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine first 2 ingredients and press in 9-inch spring-form pan; freeze.
  2. Beat cream cheese until soft.
  3. Beat in yolks, one at at time.
  4. Add sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, lemon peel and cinnamon and blend until smooth.
  5. Whip 4 egg whites until stiff peaks form, stir in one large spoonful to cream cheese mix; fold in remaining. Pour in crust.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes.
  7. Mix topping.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes more.
  9. Chill.
