Ingredients

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon jello
  • 3/4 c. Mazola oil
  • 3/4 c. apricot nectar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Instructions

  1. Bake 1 hour at 350° in tube pan.
  2. While hot, pour glaze over cake.
