Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooked tomatoes
  • 1 c. cooked peas
  • 1 c. diced cooked carrots
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. minced onions
  • 1 c. soft bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. melted oleo
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and turn into greased loaf pan.
  2. Bake at 350° for 60 minutes.
