Ingredients

  • 1 bottle of Woodford Reserve bourbon
  • 1 can frozen Minute Maid limeade
  • 1 bottle Canada Dry gingerale

Instructions

  1. Make ahead, at least 2 hours or overnight. The mixture is best when it is a slushy consistency, even better when it is frozen and you have to scoop it with a spoon.
  2. In a blender, mix frozen limeade, bourbon and ice until ice is crushed and pulverized finely. Pour ingredients into a large, freezerproof container and add gingerale. Stir or mix contents well. Cover and freeze for at least two hours or overnight.
  3. Pour or scoop mixture into glasses or bowls. Garnish with mint and serve with spoon or straw as necessary.
