Ingredients

  • 4 or 5 fresh yams
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut up yams into deep casserole.
  2. Pour on coconut milk.
  3. Sprinkle on brown sugar.
  4. Bake at 325° until done.
