Ingredients

  • 12 ounces, fluid Freshly Brewed Coffee
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter, Or More As Desired
  • 1/4 teaspoons Liquid Stevia

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender jar and blend for 10 seconds.
  2. Carefully remove the lid and pour into a coffee mug. See notes for other blending options.
  3. Notes:
  4. If your blender doesn't have a blender cup, you can use the big blender base instead. You'll want to start the blender low and vent the lid. Also, only blend one cup of coffee at a time.
  5. Another easier option for blending your keto coffee is using a milk frother.
  6. Another multi-purpose gadget you can use to make your keto coffee is an immersion blender. The trick with this is to use a tall and wide coffee mug. Pour half of your coffee along with your additions (butter, MCT oil, stevia, collagen, etc.), and start to blend with the immersion blender. After 20 seconds, pour in the rest of the coffee and blend until frothy.
