Ingredients

  • 1 (3 lb.) box squid
  • Hawaiian salt
  • 1 tsp. white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Cut
  2. squids
  3. in
  4. half; clean and take off skin.
  5. Slice squids about
  6. 1
  7. inch
  8. lengthwise.
  9. Wash about
  10. 5 times with Hawaiian salt;
  11. squeeze and drain.
  12. Pour light white vinegar; wash and drain for 15 minutes.
  13. Mix with kimchee sauce made to your taste. Serves 6 to 8.
