Ingredients

  • 6 each bread crusty, thick
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra-virgin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Brush bread slices lightly with olive oil on both sides.
  3. Place on rack placed on a cookie sheet and place in oven.
  4. Toast for 10 to 15 minutes, or until just beginning to brown.
  5. Spoon tomato salad on top and serve.
