Ingredients

  • 50 grams Kinako
  • 3 heaping tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 3 tbsp Water

Instructions

  1. Combine the kinako and brown sugar, then add the water little by little.
  2. Kneed the mixture with the back of a fork.
  3. When the dough comes together, flatten, dust with kinako, then cut into pieces.
  4. Coat with kinako, and it's done.
  5. Enjoy with green tea.
