Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice
  • 1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
  • 4 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 c. rum
  • 3 c. vanilla ice milk

Instructions

  1. Combine apple juice and orange rind in a small skillet; bring to a boil.
  2. Add kiwi, reduce heat and simmer until thoroughly heated.
