Ingredients

  • 3 cups All Bran extra fiber cereal
  • 2 cups hot water
  • 1 fat free muffin mix
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Instructions

  1. Combine cereal and hot water and allow to sit for 5 minutes until cereal is soft.
  2. Combine remaining 3 ingredients and then blend in the softened cereal.
  3. Divide into 24 muffin cups.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
