Ingredients

  • 4 lamb T-bones
  • 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Dry lamb with paper toweling; trim excess fat.
  3. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Brush rack with oil.
  5. Arrange lamb in a single layer on rack.
  6. Broil 2 inches from heat.
  7. Cook 3 minutes per side or to desired doneness.
