Lemon Creme Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 tubes Hi Ho or Ritz crackers (crunch for crust)
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
  • 1 (12 oz.) can thawed (frozen) lemonade

Instructions

  1. Take 1 cup crushed crumbs. Save that to add on top of lemon mixture. Take remaining crumbs and add the melted margarine.
  2. Mix together and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Mix together by hand until well blended the remaining ingredients. Spread evenly over cracker crust, then sprinkle with leftover crumbs. Chill for a couple of hours.
