Ingredients

  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 Duncan Hines lemon cake mix

Instructions

  1. Add Cool Whip to the slightly beaten egg.
  2. Add cake mix and stir.
  3. Drop 1/2 teaspoon into powdered sugar and roll into balls. Press on greased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 325° for 8 to 10 minutes. Should be light lemon color.
