Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 tablespoon light butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper

Instructions

  1. Place broccoli and water in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at HIGH 3 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Toss broccoli with butter and lemon pepper.
