Instructions
- Cream the shortening, sugar and flour together.
- Add egg yolks, milk and flavoring.
- Mix.
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Cook in cups in water about 40 minutes at 300°.
- May be doubled.
- May be cooked in one flat pan and cut into portions.
