Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. tomato juice
  • 2 c. water
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 can mushrooms with liquid
  • 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
  • 3 or 4 stalks celery, chopped
  • 1 tsp. horseradish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cook all ingredients until cabbage and celery are tender.
