Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  1. In a small deep bowl, dissolve gelatin in cold water over hot water.
  2. Add 1 cup light cream and a dash of salt to the dissolved gelatin mixture.
  3. Place the bowl in a larger bowl of ice and water.
  4. Whip or beat the mixture for 5 to 7 minutes until fluffy and well incorporated.
