Ingredients
- 1 1/4 teaspoons unflavored gelatin ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
- In a small deep bowl, dissolve gelatin in cold water over hot water.
- Add 1 cup light cream and a dash of salt to the dissolved gelatin mixture.
- Place the bowl in a larger bowl of ice and water.
- Whip or beat the mixture for 5 to 7 minutes until fluffy and well incorporated.
