Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon bottled minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon finely grated fresh lime zest

Instructions

  1. Stir mayonnaise, red onion, lime juice, garlic, and lime zest together in a bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate until cold, about 30 minutes.
