Ingredients

  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 2/3 c. skim milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
  • 1/4 c. lime juice
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°. Beat egg whites in large bowl on high speed until stiff peaks form.
  2. Beat egg yolks slightly in medium bowl. Beat milk, lime peel and lime juice into egg yolks.
  3. Beat remaining ingredients into egg mixture until smooth.
