Loaded Baked Kettle Chips

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces, weight Bagged Kettle Chips
  • 1 whole Green Onion, Diced
  • 1 whole Roma Tomato, Diced
  • 1/4 cups Jarred Real Bacon Bits
  • 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Spread chips onto a 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Top evenly with onion, tomato, and bacon bits.
  4. Top with cheese.
  5. Place into the oven and bake 8 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with sour cream and chives if desired.
  7. This is an absolutely delicious appetizer for two.
