Ingredients

Instructions

  1. steam the lobster for 30 min or so.
  2. while the lobster is cooking, sautee the garlic for a minute.
  3. after in a bowl mix mayonnaise, garlic, parsley, chives, and lemon juice, mix them together.
  4. When the lobster is done dip the in a bowl of ice.
  5. Take out the lobster and take out the meat and chop it up.
  6. Add the meat to the cause and add a pinch of salt and fold them all together.
  7. Put the lobster on the bread and then fold the bread.
  8. AND HAVE A NICE MEAL ! :D.
