Lobster Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lobster meat, plus tamale and juice
  • 2 c. bread crumbs, crushed
  • 1 c. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Add 1 cup of butter to the bread crumbs.
  2. Add all ingredients and pour 2 cups of milk over contents.
  3. Bake in a 375° oven for 1/2 or 3/4 hour.
  4. Let it bubble.
  5. If you like it soft, cover; if you like it crusty, do not cover.
