Ingredients

  • 1 lb. elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 3 cans whole tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni as directed on the package.
  2. Layer half of the cooked macaroni in a casserole dish.
  3. Slice half of the Velveeta cheese and layer it on top of the macaroni.
  4. Spread 1 1/2 cans of chopped tomatoes over the cheese layer.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Repeat the layers with remaining ingredients.
  7. Bake at 350°F until bubbly, approximately 25 minutes.
