Ingredients

  • 1 Vienna bread
  • 2 cans mushrooms drained
  • 1 lb mozzarella cheese shredded
  • black olives sliced
  • 2 sticks butter melted
  • 2 Tbsp green pepper
  • 2 Tbsp chopped onions
  • 1 Tbsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Stuff the drained mushrooms, shredded mozzarella cheese, and sliced olives into the cracks of the Vienna bread.
  2. Place the stuffed bread on a large piece of foil.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and add green pepper, chopped onions, seasoned salt, lemon juice, and dry mustard. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  4. Pour the seasoned butter mixture over the bread.
  5. Wrap the foil around the bread and bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
