- Stuff the drained mushrooms, shredded mozzarella cheese, and sliced olives into the cracks of the Vienna bread.
- Place the stuffed bread on a large piece of foil.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and add green pepper, chopped onions, seasoned salt, lemon juice, and dry mustard. Microwave for 2 minutes.
- Pour the seasoned butter mixture over the bread.
- Wrap the foil around the bread and bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes.
