Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 c. fruit (canned or possibly fresh)

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in 9x13 pan.
  2. Mix sugar, flour, baking pwdr, and lowfat milk in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour this mix over melted butter.
  4. Don't STIR.
  5. Add in fruit; if fruit is fresh add in 1 c. of sugar to fruit first.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
  7. Serves 12-15.
