A fun and refreshing gelatin treat featuring pineapple rings and orange Jell-O, perfect for summer gatherings or a tropical-inspired dessert crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. can sliced pineapple in juice
  • 1 package orange Jell-O

Instructions

  1. Drain juice from pineapple, leaving pineapple rings in the can. Heat the juice to simmering.
  2. Dissolve the Jell-O in the hot pineapple juice.
  3. Pour the Jell-O mixture over the pineapple slices in the can.
  4. Chill until set, about 4 hours.
  5. Unmold by dipping the can in warm water for about 10 seconds.
  6. Place a plate under the open end of the can and remove the other end.
  7. Gently push the mold out onto the plate and slice.
