Mandarin Parfaits

Ingredients

  • 1 c. cold milk
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. almond extract
  • 1 small pkg. jello pudding (vanilla or French vanilla)
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained

Instructions

  1. Stir milk, sour cream and almond extract in bowl.
  2. Add pudding mix.
  3. With electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Layer pudding and orange sections in individual parfait glasses.
  5. Chill for about 1 hour.
  6. Garnish with whipped topping.
