Ingredients

  • 1 whole Mango, Peeled, Seed Removed
  • 4 ounces, fluid Vodka
  • 1 ounce, fluid Lemon Juice
  • 1 ounce, fluid Simple Syrup
  • 8 ounces, fluid Lemon-lime Soda

Instructions

  1. Puree mango in a blender or food processor and add vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup and mint. Pour evenly into tall chilled glasses and top each with lemon lime soda. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
