Ingredients

  • 3 cups mangoes, diced (about 2 large)
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup radish, diced (about 1 bunch)

Instructions

  1. Toss mangoes, cilantro, lime juice, and salt in a bowl.
  2. Stir in radishes just before serving.
